A little update πŸ‘ΆπŸ½

Well, my HSG is scheduled for next week! I’m super nervous but also excited because we’ve been waiting on this test for so long. All in all we’re looking forward to getting answers and/or putting us one step closer to parenthood.  I’ve talked about the procedure a couple of posts ago, but with the HSG procedure, a thin catheter is inserted through the cervix and into my uterus, and then they will inject a dye while taking X-Rays to be sure my tubes are clear. This is really an important test, especially for me, because if you remember from my previous post, I had a tumor removed from my left Fallopian tube five years ago.  If we get good results from the test, we will jump into treatments probably in March. If he finds that any part of my tubes are blocked, we will come up with a treatment plan and go from there.  Because I really want to be transparent on our journey, I want to talk about something that people tend to avoid talking about in order to not hurt feelings.
